Each product page shows which of our warehouses holds the model. Orders are dispatched on the working day the payment or deposit arrives. Islamabad and Rawalpindi get free local delivery once the Islamabad warehouse opens.
Set it up the day it arrives and enjoy it. If anything is not right in the first 7 days, message us and we swap the unit under our replacement promise (details in the warranty terms).
Payment
- Bank transfer in advance. Transfer the order total by bank, Raast or IBAN; account details are shown after checkout and in your confirmation email. We dispatch on the working day the payment arrives. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 24 hours and the stock is released.
- Cash on delivery. Available on orders under Rs 100,000. A Rs 2,000 confirmation deposit is paid now by JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank, the balance in cash to the rider or courier, and a Rs 499 COD handling fee is added to the order. The deposit protects the unit we set aside for you; orders without a deposit within 2 hours are cancelled automatically.
All prices are in Pakistani rupees and include everything except the delivery charge shown at checkout. There are no hidden taxes or fees.
Returns
Warranty issues are repaired or replaced at no cost, and anything reported in the first 7 days is replaced outright. Because monitors are sealed, serial-tracked units, we do not accept change-of-mind returns once the box has been opened. If you are unsure about a size or model, use the 3D view and the desk-fit tool on the product page, read the guides, or ask us on WhatsApp before ordering. An unopened, sealed unit can be returned within 7 days for a refund less the delivery cost.
